We are so happy that you are enjoying your course and you want to share your testimonial! To enter the draw, your video must have:

• What you love about your course and/or the ELL learning platform

By submitting your video, you are giving consent to ELL Technologies to use your video. Read the full Terms and Conditions of this contest at the end of this page.

Draw and prize details

All videos will be reviewed by the ELL Technologies team and the finalists will be entered in a draw to win one of three (3) gift cards to be used on your local Apple store. The winner will be announced by September 30, 2020, and will be contacted via email with the details of how to collect your prize.

 

Prizes:

1. One Apple store gift card valued at USD 250 (two hundred and fifty dollars);
2. One Apple store gift card valued at USD 150 (two hundred dollars);
3. One Apple store gift card valued at USD 100 (one hundred dollars).

1. Who can enter?
   • Any student, teacher or administrator that is a current user of any of the ELL Technologies products during the period of this promotion.
2. Do entrants need to be above a certain age?
   • You need to be over eighteen years old to submit your video. Participants under the age of eighteen must submit a signed consent form by a parent/legal guardian to be eligible to enter the draw.
3. How many videos can be submitted?
   • Only one video testimonial per user will be accepted.
4. Can videos be submitted any way other than by uploading to the contest?
   • Only the videos submitted via the Dropbox link will be eligible to enter the draw.
5. How long should the videos be?
   • The videos should be a minimum of 30 seconds and no more than 5 minutes.
6. Is there a file size limit?
   • Yes, the file should be under 2 GB.
7. Which file formats will be accepted?
   • The video format can be:
     • MP4
     • MOV
     • WMV
     • AVI
8. Are there any specific requirements for the video content?
   • Yes, your video must contain:
     • First and last name.
     • Country.
     • The course you are taking.
     • The 3 top things you love about your course and/or the learning platform.
9. Are there prizes? What are the prizes?
   • All video submissions will enter a draw for a chance to win one of three (3) gift cards to be used on your local Apple store.

10. What is the period for submissions:
    • Submissions will be accepted from August 19, 2020, until September 18, 2020.
11. How will the winner be announced:
    • The winners will be announced by email, by September 30, 2020.

Terms and conditions:

LICENSE TO ELL TECHNOLOGIES: By submitting a video, you grant ELL Technologies Ltda. and its affiliates a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license and right to copy, transmit, distribute, publicly perform and display (through all media now known or hereafter created), and make derivative works from your video for the purpose of (i) displaying the video within ELL website, Social Media platforms and other ELL Technologies assets and publications; (ii) displaying the video on third party websites and applications through a video embed; (iii) promoting ELL Technologies Ltda. services; and (iv) archiving or preserving the video for disputes, legal proceedings, or investigations. DURATION OF LICENSES: The above licenses will continue unless you request by written or email that your video is removed, in which case the licenses will terminate within a commercially reasonable period of time. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the license for legal archival/preservation purposes will continue indefinitely. Please note that removed videos may be cached in search engine indices after removal and that ELL Technologies Ltd. has no control over such caching.
